If you have a custom project you'd like to inquire about, feel free to message us. We'll discuss the project or piece you have in mind and be able to tell you whether we have the ability to do said piece. Please note that for custom orders, turn around can take upwards of 5 weeks. When we chat about your project we'll be able to give you sense of how long until your piece is ready to ship.

Everything we sell is original artwork! Maurina sometimes uses patterns for some of her pieces, though is known to "go off book" often and add or change things depending on what inspires her. She works a lot with Sue Sloan of Sue's Mandalas and Erin Ridley of Esspresoly4u for their patterns and inspiration. Dorina's work follows no pattern. Inks do what they want, when they want, how they want. The ability to control them takes a lot of patience and practice. Dorina's ink drawings are sometimes inspired by other artists, but are her own drawings.

We offer a variety of pieces with Pride themes. A portion of every sale from our Pride Collection will be donated to initiatives in Edmonton that support LGBTQ2S+ youth who are. or at risk of becoming, homeless. Youth who identify as LGBTQ2S+ are over-represented in Canada’s youth homelessness population - some studies suggest numbers upwards of 40% of the youth who are homeless in Canada are LGBTQ2S+. LGBTQ2S+ young people face unique challenges - 80% report being aware of discriminatory practices and policies in their schools, 51% say that they were homeless due to the inability to get along with their parents, and 34% say that violence or abuse caused them to leave home. We do not. We primarily run via the online shop. However, we are always looking at markets and co-op shops. We will post on our social media as well as our website upcoming events we'll be at or shops that we're collaborating with.

The official answer is no. The unofficial answer is sometimes. We don't like promising local delivery because there are a lot of factors that can impact our ability to do so, such as weather, work schedules, etc. If you select the Pick Up option in the check out we may discuss with you an alternative such as free delivery if we happen to be out and about and in your neck of the woods. A great example is when folks from Camrose order Alcohol Ink pieces - Dorina may be coming down to Camrose to visit Maurina and can drop your order off on her way into town.

All of our sales are final. However, if your shipment arrives and items are damaged, please email us at therinasart@gmail.com within two weeks of receiving your package so we can discuss.

We hate spam too! We don't sell your information to third parties and will only use your information to send you messages about your order, newsletters and to give to Canada Post to send your item. Our newsletters come out for those who have subscribed to them and arrive in your inbox no more than once a month. They usually contain updates and Subscriber exclusive sneak peeks and sales. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We offer $20flat rate shipping in Canada or FREE standard shipping when you order $250 or more. You can also opt to pay for express shipping which will have your items arrive earlier. All of our shipments contain tracking and liability coverage. If you live in Central Alberta, you may be interested in our FREE PICK UP option. MORE ABOUT PICK UP Dot Art (Maurina's work) can be picked up in Camrose, Alberta. Alcohol Ink (Dorina's work) can be picked up in Edmonton, Alberta. On occassion we may be able to offer free pick up for both artists (since you know, we kinda love each other and see each other from time to time). We try to announce on Facebook and Instagram when we're offering enhanced pick up. Feel free to email us as well to inquire about any upcoming opportunities. During check out select the pick up option and either email us at therinasart@gmail.com or we'll use your contact info to get a hold of you to arrange a time that works best for both of us (usually evenings and weekends as Maurina and Dorina both hold day time jobs). As we don't have a brick and mortar store, we may arrange pick up at our houses or a nearby public space such as a park, parking lot or police station for safety. Please Note - if item is not picked up after 30 days without prior arrangement, the item will return to inventory and no refund will be issued.

We offer $25 flat rate shipping to the US or FREE shipping on orders of $300 or more. We offer $60 flat rate shipping Internationally. We don't offer free shipping to International destinations. We wish we could promise that, but there are just so many variables that make up international shipping rates. We ship primarily through Canada Post. We try to send out items within 2-7 days (depending on our schedules) from the date of order. Please note that you may have to pay custom and duties in your country of origin.
